* 编辑论坛 的权限不起作用，限制注册用户只能浏览，不能回复和发表新主题。但注册用户仍然可以回复和发表主题？

* 本论坛为只读状态，不能发表帖子.结果版主也无法发帖子？

感觉在权限设置方面，逻辑混乱，造成相互冲突，自相矛盾

如果使用权限逻辑开关图，然后照此顺序。将节省很多时间解决自我冲突？注释越多说明冲突也多。

关键提示：第一层的论坛、专栏、主题、回复、浏览和管理是权限关键字
设置纵横编号为开关，例如
11 –表示管理员可以控制论坛
65 – 表示普通用户可以浏览主题，65作为判断条件
。。。以此类推，将编号作为逻辑开关，
便于程序员设计，
便于管理员设置，
更便于版主管理
当然，还可以给版主相干范围的开关设置，原理雷同

注册方式：采用电子邮件注册简单方便唯一。

密码找回：采用电子邮件方便用户获得密码笔。

当前方式过旧不实用，如果用户忘记密码，当然也记不清问题答案了。

 

逻辑关系清晰才能使代码精炼，否则补丁萝补丁，臃肿不堪。
